Design of Aluminium Casing and nozzle

Our most recent task has been th design and fabrication of an aluminium case and nozzle for the SRM.

This is so that we can eliminate the need to continuously fabricate a PVC tube for the fuel, and to enable us to implement a nozzle to our design.

The design of the case was such that we had a case of 100mm length and internal diameter 63mm.

The nozzle and chamber head are still in the process of fabrication.

chamber volume: ~311 cm3

KNSU density ~1.8485 g/cm3 (65% KNO3, 35% Sugar)

Total grain weight ~576g (Don't test this huge amount before confirming grain characteristics)
